Job description
H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to supervise a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices. You will align staffing, training, and processes to deliver a consistently excellent client experience across locations.
You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set performance expectations, and translate data insights into actions that improve client outcomes and business results. This is a hands-on, multi-office leadership role requiring frequent travel.
