H&R Block is seeking a Multi‑Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices. You will drive a consistent client experience, coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, and ensure readiness across offices for peak periods.
As a hands‑on leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, set clear expectations, and align priorities to improve client outcomes and business performance.
