Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, drive a high-quality client experience, and lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals. You’ll ensure office readiness, coaching, and execution of operational goals across locations.
You will set expectations for consultative service, balance strategic oversight with hands-on presence, and align priorities to strengthen client outcomes and business performance.
