Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices. You will set expectations for consultative service, drive operational excellence, and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver a consistently exceptional client experience.
You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring offices are staffed, compliant, and ready to serve clients while driving revenue growth and strong business results.
