Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices and deliver a high-quality client experience. You will set expectations for consultative service, execution, and business results while coaching teams to perform at a high level.
You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, supervise staffing, facilities, and daily operations, and travel between offices to ensure consistency and readiness across locations.
