Job description
H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi‑Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to guide 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance across locations.
You’ll own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, driving revenue and performance while traveling between offices to stay connected with teams and clients.
