You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, and align staffing, facilities, and day‑to‑day operations to deliver outstanding client outcomes. As a visible, hands‑on leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, travel between locations, and accountability for revenue and business results.
