Job description
H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistently excellent client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance across locations with disciplined execution.
You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while growing revenue and strengthening the client experience across the portfolio.
