H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to supervise 4–6 offices in the Mountain Home region.
You will drive a consistent, high-quality client experience, coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, and ensure ready-to-serve offices with strong operational execution and people leadership. You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on presence, monitor performance, and lead initiatives that improve client outcomes, revenue, and team readiness
