Job description
H&R Block in Maryland is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience and setting expectations for consultative service, operations, and performance across locations.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, travel between offices to lead on-site, recruit and develop talent, manage staffing, facilities, and compliance, and drive revenue and client retention.
