H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to manage 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong operational performance. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive results across locations.
You will own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations while developing bench strength and leading with client-centric leadership in a visible, hands-on role.
