Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices in Illinois. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, drive operational excellence, coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, and align office performance with business results.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll ensure readiness across offices, manage staffing, facilities, and compliance, and develop bench strength to sustain growth and client satisfaction across locations.
