H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align staffing and operations, and drive business results with hands‑on leadership across multiple locations.
You will balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, monitor performance, and implement improvements to client satisfaction and revenue growth across all offices.
