H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high-quality, consultative client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and drive revenue, growth, and operational performance.
You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while developing bench strength and ensuring consistency across the office network.
