Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high-quality, consultative client experience and strong business results.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic leadership with hands-on presence, and own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and compliance across locations. This role requires travel between offices to maintain in-person leadership across offices.
