H&R Block is seeking a seasoned Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a premier client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, and drive consistency in service delivery and business results.
You'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on presence, guiding staffing, facilities, compliance, and performance. Travel between offices is expected to maintain in-person leadership and readiness.
