Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Senior Area Experience Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices in North Dakota. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
As a hands-on leader, you will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, ensure office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations, and drive revenue and business results across your offices.
