Job description
H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 offices, ensuring exceptional client service and high operational standards. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, deliver consistent experiences, and drive business results with hands-on leadership across locations.
You will own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while building strong bench strength and delivering growth.
