Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader who will oversee 4–6 retail offices, guiding Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver a consistent, consultative client experience across locations.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coach teams, align staffing and operations, monitor performance, and drive revenue and client outcomes while traveling between offices to maintain a strong in-person presence and ensure readiness during peak seasons.
