Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a high-quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, execution, and business results while leading staff to excellence.
You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, own office readiness and operations, and travel between offices to maintain in-person leadership, staffing, compliance, and seasonal demand readiness.
