H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent consultative client experience and strong operational execution. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive business results with hands-on leadership across multiple locations.
You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while fostering high-performing teams and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
