Job description
Conifer Realty is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager for Rochester, NY. You’ll lead maintenance operations across multiple affordable housing communities, drive safety, compliance, and cost efficiency, and partner with senior leadership to shape regional strategies.
With 8–10 years in property management or capital projects and 5+ years leading multi-site teams, you’ll manage budgets, RFPs, and capital improvements while ensuring HUD, REAC, NSPIRE, and LIHTC standards.
