Job description
Conifer Realty in Rochester, NY, seeks a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee operations across multiple affordable housing communities. You will lead maintenance strategies, mentor site teams, and ensure safety, compliance, and cost efficiency across the region.
The role requires 8–10 years in property management or related fields, 5+ years leading multi-site teams, and strong knowledge of MEP systems. A bachelor's degree is preferred; OSHA 30-Hour or IFMA/BOMA certs are a plus.
