Job description
HES is seeking a Regional Manager for the Fort Myers/Naples area to lead facilities management services for educational institutions. The role reports to Operations leadership and collaborates with accounts, business development, finance, HR, and safety teams to meet objectives.
You will oversee multiple accounts, drive service excellence, ensure compliant programs, and maintain strong client relationships across venues in the Fort Myers/Naples region.
