$150,000–$200,000 base salary, plus bonus
Lead facilities across a major multi-site industrial portfolio (2MSF), including one brand-new facility
Oversight of a marquee facility producing several $BN of revenue
REGIONAL FACILITIES MANAGER – EASTERN PA
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a large, established North American business with a substantial industrial and distribution property portfolio. Continued growth and investment in a new facility has created an opportunity for an experienced facilities leader to take ownership of a key regional portfolio. This position is based in the Lehigh Valley, PA.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead facilities operations across two major, large-scale sites, managing teams, maintenance standards, budgets, vendors and capital projects. You’ll partner closely with regional operations leaders to keep facilities safe, efficient and operating at a consistently high standard.
This is a highly visible role due to the marquee nature of this property portfolio and its standing within the business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree required
Strong multi-site facilities leadership experience, including experience managing tenured teams
Industrial, logistics, distribution or similar property background an advantage. Critical facilities experience also considered
Strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance within an operations and production setting would be an advantage

PACKAGE $150-200k base salary plus bonuses – relocation assistance also offered (Greater Philadelphia region)
