KIPP St. Louis is seeking a Family Engagement Manager to lead regional family engagement initiatives, coordinate school partnerships, and support Title I compliance. You will guide a team of Family Engagement Specialists and develop systems to boost attendance and reduce attrition, aligning with our mission to empower students and families across the St.
Louis region. This role focuses on building trust with families, expanding community partnerships, and shaping a long-term engagement strategy
