Job description
The Florida Democratic Party is seeking a Regional Organizing Director to lead field organizer teams and build a statewide volunteer infrastructure. You will coordinate programs across regions to mobilize volunteers and support campaigns.
You will train, coach, and motivate Field Organizers, manage performance, and ensure weekly contact goals are met while aligning with county party structures to sustain engagement through November 2026.
