Job description
Florida Democratic Party is hiring a Regional Organizing Director to lead field organizer teams and build a volunteer infrastructure to win this November. The role focuses on training organizers, developing local volunteer leadership, and hitting weekly voter contact goals across a large region.
You will work with county party structures, support field events, and manage performance to maintain a high-performing program through November 2026.
