Job description
HEXPOL Compounding Americas seeks a seasoned Finance Director to lead regional financial analysis, partnering with operations and controls to maximize profit, cash flow and returns. This role directs budgeting, capital expenditure justification, and P&L reviews across manufacturing plants.
The candidate will drive cost reduction opportunities, partner with business leaders on strategic goals, and implement best practices within the finance organization. Extensive travel is anticipated.
