Job description
Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui is seeking a Regional Director of Finance & Business Support to lead financial strategy and performance for hotels in the region. You will guide DOFs, partner with ownership, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning to maximize returns while maintaining rigorous financial controls.
The role requires strong accounting knowledge, leadership across multiple properties, and a deep understanding of GAAP and corporate policies.
