Job description
Operation Smile is seeking a Regional Finance Director to strategically support multiple countries within the assigned region, including financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance to fund world-class clinical and educational programs.
You will lead accounting, procurement, risk management, and audit activities, mentor regional staff, and partner with country leadership to optimize costs, reporting, and program impact.
