Job description
HCA is seeking a Regional Finance Director to lead financial analysis and business partnering for a defined region. The role emphasizes maintaining strong controls and adherence to financial policies while maximizing long-term profits and cash flow.
You will partner with management to guide strategic direction, analyze operating results for cost reduction opportunities, and lead budgeting and planning processes. Travel of about 50% is required as part of the regional oversight.
