Job description
Telgian Engineering & Consulting is seeking a Regional Practice Leader to guide a regional team of fire protection engineers and drive project delivery and growth.
The RPL will lead operations, mentor staff, develop client relationships, and collaborate with business development to win new work.
The role requires 5+ years in architecture/engineering, sales and management experience, PE or NICET a plus, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
