Role Overview
Join a Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) , providing high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across 11 hospitals in Missouri and Illinois . This role involves floating across multiple facilities within the system, exclusively practicing in the Emergency Department, and working three 12-hour night shifts with flexible start times. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, advocating for patients, and collaborating with healthcare teams . The position emphasizes professional growth, adaptability, and exceptional patient care .
Qualifications
2+ years ED RN experience
Current RN license (Missouri and Illinois)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Preferred: Trauma experience, Bachelor’s degree, TNCC certification, 5+ years of experience
