Job description
BJC HealthCare seeks a Regional Float ED RN to deliver expert, compassionate emergency care across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region. In this role, you’ll perform rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization of diverse, high-acuity patients, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor responses using advanced ED technology and the electronic health record. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a mission-driven, research-connected health system, adapting to varied ED workflows while upholding safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
