Job description
Archway Management seeks a Regional Director of Operations (CDM) to lead multi-site dietary operations across Ohio’s assisted living and healthcare facilities. You will mentor Food Service Directors, manage budgets, QA, and client relations while driving dining excellence and cost efficiency.
Regional travel is required as you partner with dietitians, facility leaders, and corporate teams to implement programs, ensure compliance, and meet state guidelines.
