Job description
Apploi seeks a Regional Director of Operations (CDM - Certified Dietary Manager) to lead regional food service and nutrition operations across our Aventura facilities. This role focuses on mentoring teams, driving dining excellence, and upholding care quality across multiple locations.
You will oversee facilities’ operations, budgets and HR, with direct supervision of Food Service Directors, ensuring adherence to healthcare dietary standards and collaborative leadership across the region.
