Bella Terra is seeking a Regional Food Service Director to oversee operations across multiple facilities in Illinois. You will provide leadership to Food Service Directors, ensure policy compliance, and strengthen client relationships while aiming for high quality service at optimal cost.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in food service coordination, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication, and the ability to travel frequently.
