Job description
Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager - Foundations to provide strategic leadership for foundation and civil construction operations across a defined geographic region.
You will drive P&L performance, safety, and project execution while mentoring Project Managers and field teams. Ideal candidates have 10–15+ years in foundation/civil projects, strong leadership, and experience with Primavera or similar scheduling tools.
