Job description
Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking a General Manager for the West Region. The position begins with an 8–12 month comprehensive training program across multiple markets to learn our operations and leadership approach.
Assignments may be in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah or Hawaii, with substantial travel during training. The GM will lead sales and service teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance to drive growth.
