Job description
ROI - Workforce as a Service (WaaS) seeks a Geotechnical Engineering Services Director to guide the department's strategic direction and daily operations across the region. You will lead staff, manage client engagements, and drive growth while ensuring financial performance.
You will oversee proposals, contracts, WIP, invoicing, and project profitability, reporting to the COO. Travel to project sites and active leadership in the community are required.
