Job description
Brightcore Energy seeks a Director of Regional Operations to oversee daily geothermal drilling activities across multiple sites in the Northeast. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, lead crews, manage budgets, and coordinate with engineers and managers to meet project goals.
This role requires 7+ years in geothermal/oil & gas drilling, travel within the region, and strong leadership and communication skills.
