Job description
Smurfit Westrock, NYSE: SW, seeks a Regional General Manager Bag-in-Box North America (Complex GM) to lead three-site manufacturing across Anderson, Mississauga and Tijuana, driving performance, growth and organizational scalability.
You will own the regional P&L, shape strategy with Sales and New Markets, and standardize processes to improve cost, safety and quality. A 10+ year track record in general management and cross-border collaboration is required.
