CMFO is seeking a General Manager for the Toledo/Lima area with occasional from-home responsibilities. The role leads multiple salon managers, prioritizes staff development, and drives profitability across 8 salons.
Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to the Great Clips Operating System. Travel to multiple salons is required; occasional in-person meetings are expected.
