Job description
The Texas Democratic Party is seeking a Regional GOTV Director in San Antonio to lead a team of GOTV Organizers, coordinate in-region efforts, and ensure high standards of execution for a statewide campaign. Expect long hours and intensive ground work as the 2026 election approaches.
This exempt, full-time role begins mid-August and runs through November 15, 2026, with extensive collaboration across regional teams and departments to maximize voter contact efforts and organizational effectiveness.
