Job description
Brunswick Corporation, a global marine leader, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive regional growth across the Carolinas and Florida. You will lead and coach in-market Business Development Managers, expanding Mercury dealer partnerships and achieving revenue and margin objectives with a high-touch field approach.
Located in remote-capable regions (FL/Carolinas), this role requires 5–10 years of dealer experience, marine industry knowledge, and strong communication.
