Job description
Brunswick Corporation, Mercury Marine, is seeking a regional leader to drive dealer growth and field execution across the southeastern US. You will lead and coach Business Development Managers, ensure revenue and margin objectives are met, and maintain strong dealer and OEM partnerships.
This role requires a deep understanding of the marine industry and a proven sales leadership track record. Location options include Florida or the Carolinas with a remote work category and substantial travel.
