Ennoble Care is seeking a Regional Growth Director to lead HouseCalls and Hospice Growth Teams across regional markets. This leadership role focuses on recruiting, training, and managing liaison teams to expand referral partnerships and drive revenue growth.
You will develop strategic relationships with health systems, Medicare Advantage plans, and senior living communities, while overseeing growth analytics, CRM implementation, and performance reporting to executives.
