Job description
KidStrong Oviedo seeks a Regional Manager to oversee 3–5 centers in Central Florida, Tampa Bay, and beyond. The role reports to the Area Developer and requires in-person presence at centers, with a field-first approach and weekend availability.
You will drive operations, growth, and people leadership to scale our kid-focused programs. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 with tiered performance bonuses and total comp potential up to $110,000+.
