Job description
Fortify Companies seeks a Regional Manager to drive greenfield expansion, building 3–6 service locations and owning the results across your region. You will lead a growth-focused, hands-on team, partnering with insurers and commercial partners, and leveraging our national platform to scale operations.
This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to recruit and mentor leaders, with travel up to 75%.
